Dwayne, check this out, on my site, that shoutbox can now use avatars. go to http://www.outlawsgameroom.com/ and on the left side you'll see the shoutbox, here is the link to the shoutbox http://www.cbox.ws/ might be some way you can intergrate in the arcade script itself
