Installation Errors

If you receive any of these errors during your installation of FAS, here is what you can do to fix the issue.
I will update this post with any new information as it comes.

=> FATAL ERROR: Could not connect to database on localhost (Access denied for user 'DBUSER'@'localhost' (using password: YES))
Fix: Enter database info in the includes/config.php file or the info is incorrect.

=> Access denied for user 'DB_User'@'localhost' to database 'DB_Name'
Fix: Manage MySQL User Privileges => Allow All Privileges
