lol click on browse 
then edit that column. find the domain field. make sure it has no / at the end.
also from the looks of it you will need to set seo_on='0' then the links will work

Hey in MySQl dd_settings is it suppose to have "    /home/hostingaccountname/public_html" as the directory path?

Ok lol so everything is fixed now. yes, some thumbnails are missing. Not our fault, its the HeyZap's fault lol. They ended up giving us the wrong file locations.

What was wrong with it though? Was it something I forgot to do/did wrong, or just difficulty with the server?

And after I work out a couple things I will be back to buy the Powered By tag removal Want to see if I can get my main site's layout into the arcade. I will however still mention in the affiliates section that you helped me out and I will still be sure to mention this place in my website when it gets going (and im not lazy to type up content). Just seems...cleaner with the tag removed.
