Critique my site please!!!

Hey everyone, I've  been working on my site a lot and I was just wondering if people could give me some feedback. Things to look at :

*Banner
*Color Scheme
*Games
*Search Feature At Top(menu link)
*Member List(online/offline)
*Header ad under menu instead of it being over it
*Categories
and lastly
*My Ads Color Scheme

I've locked down this box so that it won't display a lot of things such as Google ads, but I did notice a few things.

1) Your tell a friend did work wonderfuly as a SPAM sender, I sent you a test to your own e-mail addy, saying nothing about your arcade at all. I could have just as easily made it for Viagra/porn/*insert favorite SPAM subject here* and sent it to a million e-mail addresses chewing up your bandwidth and getting you into trouble but making me money.

2) The color scheme for the main landing page does not match the internal pages such as the most played. The front page looks like it's basicly unaltered from the zip file aside from rearraging the order of the elements in the side menus. That should be changed some to make your site stand out from the crowd. And the color scheme on the game page was different still. They could stand to be made all the same. Contact the user dc0ded in here to get a decent banner made at a good price, or the other person who posted saying they do them as well. I have not tried them so you might want to ask to see previous work that they've done.

3) The search page did not come up at all.

4) I did like the top game function you added on the left side.

5) The banner exchange you have in the lower left is below the 1024 fold on the page. Some banner exchanges will get upset about that, maybe even ban you. Doesn't look bad there mind you, they just don't like it.

I like the light blue and grey color combo you have on some of the pages, I think it looks nice, easy on the eyes. That is of course a personal prefference. We are hoping to get a template system up that allows the user to choose for themself what template they prefer. Looks decent enough so far though.

Oh, That spam was you..well i was thinking i could turn the text area into something like a hidden field so the user or spammer can't touch it without effort.

Yes, that was my little way of trying to keep you from getting into trouble. A little problem with SPAM that was not sent by me almost cost me in the range of 4 figures, and shut down a VPS I had just had set up. I was not a happy camper. If I can help somebody else avoid some of the problems I have had, I think that's a good thing.

I would remove that section from it entirely, not even make it a hidden field. A good hacker can bypass a hidden field. Predefine it as a set message that isn't one of the variables passed back by the form. Define it in the code that is used to send the message, but not as one from the form.

That make sense?

OK, I Get it...And I know how a hacker would do it to!!! I was into that kind of stuff a while back!!!!

Nice site did you buy the games from here ? btw on your newest/mostplayed games option all the pages are stacked up ask admin for a fix they have one that only shows the last 20 games added looks neater as in ugames.biz
