Issues with ads

I am having a issue with my ads. It is probably something I am missing but when I put in a image link for my ad, nothing shows but a broken link. When I go to double check, the code it different than what I put in.
This is a example of what I get back and not sure why or where to look to fix it. The ad used to work and I had made no changes so I am very confused by this. This is the code it is returning.

Easy fix would be to put the code in the template/theme/blocks/ad1.php
Or make a new block and add the file to template.php
