Ad things and move blocks?

Hi could someone help me how to ad a facebook button and my site and how to move blocks around?

I know how to get the facebook button but i dont know where to put it ?

Also i would like to change the name of the blocks banner exchange and/or put them under the other blocks ,please help me do this if you know how.

A "like" button?

If you understand how to get the Facebook "like" button code then just copy it and paste it anywhere you want inside /templates/{YOUR TEMPLATE}/template.php

Are you familiar with HTML? If not, just tell me where you want it.. "in the header", "In a content box on the right", etc.

If you're using the beta version, which I don't advise currently, then open up /languages/{YOUR LANGUAGE}/template.php
and edit your text in there.
If you're using V2.0 then just open up /templates/{YOUR TEMPLATE}/template.php and find the text "Banner Exchange" and change the text to whatever you want.
