V2.0rc2 now available

V2.0rc2 has been made available to the public. We have not recieved much feedback about the upgrade path so few errors have been fixed there.

What has changed since rc1
1) Error in the log off page fixed.

2) Tweaks in the game admin to allow download of inactive games for backup.

3) Added games uploaded and blog posts by user to profiles

4) Changes to the install instructions to make them clearer

5) Error in game pages where no comments left so far.

6) New color scheme template included as default, old one still with it renamed as "classic".

Probably more but can't remember right now.

Only one database changes since rc1 so if you got the database updates right in upgrading you should only need to make sure that the Guest account is set to user ID of "0" and upload the files over the old one.

A problem in the file /install.php was fixed. The new zip is uploaded and ready for download, same file name still.

Pulled a Kurt again and somehow mixed some of the old files back in with the new ones. I just re uploaded the zip. Sorry bout that peeps.
