Mailing servers

So i found that my mailing IP on my host has been blocked on a couple of email servers probably from previous owners of this IP. It seems that i should be able to get them unblocked, however, I have to include my email and my phone number to do so. So has anyone else had this problem and have a site that i can trust i can go to check which servers i need to get unblocked on?

Not sure if this will help but the company i work for use mxtoolbox when domains get black listed - if you Google it it should be one of the first results.
