Right now there are not many made up. We hope to change that soon. There is a member in here that does do some templating in general who moderates in his own area here - http://freearcadescript.net/forums/index.php/board,24.0.html - I've hired him a number of times to do banners and headers and he does good work. For myself, I had him do up a custom header and then tweeked the colors to my tastes, with minor layout changes.
