How to add a new table?

How to add a new table in header.php? When i add new table in header.php it appears empty space in center and right (footer.php)

Do you mean to add a new table e.g like the categories, links menu sort of table?

Yep! I add tab like this in header.php. and like i say appears this empry space with size on categories tab.. same emprty space in footer.php before ads.
