valid_email

Is there a reason why the function valid_email is not in the functions file but rather in the signup file?

LOL alright ima move it into functions... Got a few more things to add then ima upload my version of the script. Feel free to pick through it and add what you like. Right now im giving admins the option to require email activation or not.

Yeah I got that in the updated 2.1
I'm actually back to working on that as of yesterday.
I have it running on my server, but you'd need to edit your hosts file to link a domain to my ip for it to work.
its just easier than setting up a subdomain lol

Also.. not so sure you can do that with the licence this script is under. Please double check with Kurt.
I believe you would only be able to post modifications/addons via the forums here.

Sent him a message... to be honest it would probably make more sense if it was under a GPL or GLP? whichever it is. that makes it so any modified version are under your license still.

So long as he is uploading it to here instead of trying to start a different webiste/fork, and it is clearly stated that it is a modified version(and how), and leaves it up unless an admin takes it down, there should be no problem with that. We do want to avoid people thinking its a diff script, or thinking its the new version.
